Delete your account
Two ways to do it. Both permanently remove your personal data from Kourtiva.
Using the form below
Use this if you have lost access to the app or uninstalled it.
- Enter the email on your account
- We email you a confirmation link
- Click it to confirm the request
- We erase the account within 30 days
The confirmation step stops someone else deleting your account.
What deletion actually does
We would rather tell you exactly what happens than say "your data is deleted" and leave you guessing.
Destroyed outright
- Health and fitness data — heart rate, calories, fatigue and injury-risk scores
- Your profile photo
- Team chat messages you sent
- Ratings and reviews you left
- Booking invitations
- Every login session and access token
- Any staff access you held at a venue
Kept, with you removed from it
- Invoices and payment records
- Past bookings, as venue occupancy history
- Security and audit logs
Your name, email, phone and photo are overwritten on these records, so what remains cannot be traced back to you. We keep no mapping to reverse it.
Why financial records survive. Tax law requires the venue to keep its books for several years after a transaction, and the right to erasure does not override a legal obligation. What we can do — and do — is strip those records of everything identifying you. The venue keeps a valid invoice; it just no longer names you.
This cannot be undone. There is no restore. Bookings you have already paid for will not be refunded automatically — sort out any upcoming booking with the venue before you delete.
